Payment Information
- Total Cost: $1,999
- Payments must be made according to the following schedule:
- Initial Deposit: $350 due by the time of booking (non-refundable).
- First Installment: $500 due by November 15, 2024.
- Second Installment: $500 due by February 15, 2025.
- Final Payment: $649 due by March 27, 2025 (60 days before the festival begins on May 27, 2025).
- All payments must be made through the website unless registering a full choir or a group of 9 or more participants, in which case alternative payment arrangements may be made by contacting us directly.

- Accommodation: 5 nights in single en-suite rooms at the University of Galway.
- Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi at University of Galway accommodation.

What’s Not Included
- Airfare and Travel Insurance: Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights and insurance.
- Personal Expenses: Costs for personal items, souvenirs, extra activities, or meals not included.
- Visa Fees: Participants must handle their own visa arrangements.
- Medical Expenses: Any health-related costs during the festival.
- Additional Accommodation: Extra nights outside festival dates must be paid for separately.
- Local Transport: Any local transport not specified in the itinerary.
- Optional Activities: Any excursions or activities not listed in the program will require additional payment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review the following policy regarding refunds:
- Cancellation by December 31, 2024: Full refund of all payments made, minus the non-refundable $350 deposit.
- Cancellation between January 1 and March 1, 2025: 50% refund of all payments made, minus the non-refundable $350 deposit.
- Cancellation after March 1, 2025: No refund available. However, we will work with you to transfer your registration to a future festival or allow another individual to take your place, provided notice is given in advance. If the festival is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen events, a full refund of all payments will be provided. This refund excludes any personal expenses such as travel arrangements.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes or cancellations due to personal or unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to Itinerary
The festival organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or content due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed as soon as possible of any significant changes.
Liability
The festival organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, damage, loss, or theft of personal property. All participants are encouraged to secure appropriate insurance coverage before attending.
